A community mental health center in England is looking for a Waiver Facilitator to manage SED waiver services for clients. Responsibilities include monitoring services, maintaining records, and providing support to clients and staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2 years of human services experience. As the Waiver Facilitator, you will be the primary point of contact for Pawnee clients who utilize or qualify for the State of Kansas Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Severely and Emotionally Disturbed (SED) waiver. In this role, you will track services, handle clerical responsibilities, and ensure compliance with Kansas requirements. You’ll also become a subject matter expert on the program, offering support and consultation to clients, families, and staff.
