Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites. You will be joining our Workplace Security Team on our client's prestigious site in Deeside, Flintshire. CH5

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

This is a built-in role, meaning you'll be stepping into scheduled gaps to help support cover for holidays, sickness and ad-hoc requests, ensuring the site always operates with a full-strength security footprint.

The role includes structured development to become fully competent in both Security and Security Supervisor duties. This ensures you can step into supervisory cover when required.

We are offering a guaranteed 42 hours per week - you will be working on a rota basis, 12-hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights from 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am with shifts allocated to you depending on operational needs. You may also be deployed to cover nearby security sites if required. Overtime is also available on top if more hours are wanted.

  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks
  • Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, logging all security-related activities and occurrences
  • Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
  • Testing alarms and conducting various meter readings
  • Operate weighbridge equipment for various wagons/ hauliers weighing in and out
Key Requirements will include:
  • Valid SIA Badge - SG or DS Licence * Essential
  • Valid UK manual driving licence ** Essential
