Job Overview

Mitie has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Total Security Management Team; the Receptionist will be based with one of our prestigious customers. This is a permanent role reporting into the Security Services Manager.

Main Duties
  • To work as part of a team to deliver a first-class service within the facility.
  • To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site Support activities are carried out effectively.
  • To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide labour support to ad-hoc out of hours events.
  • Support Emergency Evacuation procedures.
  • To support the review of procedures and processes.
  • To support the pass office by gaining training and a full understanding of its workings.
  • Abide by all local operational procedures and Mitie Assignment instructions including uniform standards and Working Risk assessments.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative if necessary.
What we are looking for
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).
  • Clear understanding of Health & Safety practices.
  • Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all Site Support related tasks.
  • Clear, strong and confident communication skills.
  • Hold a current SIA licence or be able to obtain a new licence.
  • Be SC/DV cleared or able to obtain this with our assistance.
  • Hold a Valid UK drivers licence.
