We're hiring a Cyber Security Education & Awareness Coordinator, a junior or entry level role designed for someone eager to grow their career in cybersecurity. If you enjoy organising, communicating, and helping others understand complex topics in simple ways, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As our Cyber Security Education & Awareness Coordinator, you'll play a key part in delivering engaging initiatives that help colleagues across Royal Mail Group stay secure. Working closely with the Cyber Culture & Change Manager, you'll support the rollout of training, awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and internal communications that shape our security culture.
You'll also collaborate with the wider Cyber Strategy team, contributing to forward looking projects that enhance the security of our products, data, and systems. This is a role where your ideas matter, your development is supported, and your work has organisation wide impact.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in cybersecurity. You don't need to be a technical expert - we're far more interested in your mindset and potential.
