Key Responsibilities

• Deliver site security services aligned with company and government guidance
• Communicate security requirements clearly with all personnel
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet functional and business needs
• Gather and report security-related data for informed decision-making
• Maintain security records and databases
• Handle information efficiently and sensitively
• Support investigations and manage security incidents
• Build strong relationships with key personnel internally and externally
• Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and constructively
• Promote awareness education and training related to security
• Perform other duties as directed by the Deputy / Site Security Manager

• Experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
