Overview
Section Leader at Asda in our food services team, supporting a branded outlet—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King. You’ll take the lead in the operation, ensuring fast, friendly, and high-quality service. You’ll be hands-on in the day‑to‑day running, making sure routines are followed, the team is confident and customer focused, and food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead in one branded outlet (Greggs, Subway, or Burger King) and support the team to deliver high‑quality service.
- Manage daily routines and assist new starters.
- Ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
- Prepping food, managing queues, and solving problems as they arise.
- Be hands-on in the operation and help the team run smoothly during busy periods.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
