Job Title: Qualified Teacher of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)

Location: Exeter (Secondary Level)

Daily Rate: £130 - £150

Are you a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Teacher with expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our team as a Qualified Teacher of SEND in Exeter, focusing on the unique learning needs of secondary school students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective lessons specifically tailored to meet the diverse needs of secondary school students with SEND.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes both academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, including teaching assistants and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as required to support individual learning goals.
  • Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record in teaching secondary school students with SEND.
