Job Type: Flexible / Day-to-day cover

Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Secondary School Supply Teachers to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.

We're seeking adaptable and confident educators who enjoy working in new environments and are committed to making a positive impact on students' school experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and year groups
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Follow all school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Support pupils' academic and emotional development
Qualifications
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience working with secondary-age students (preferred)
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident in varied school environments
  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
