Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a variety of pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Promote engagement and ensure pupils complete set work effectively
• Step in to plan or adapt lesson activities when cover work is unavailable
• Provide brief feedback to teaching staff on pupil behaviour and lesson progress

• Support pupils with additional needs where appropriate, under teacher / department guidance
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience delivering the UK secondary curriculum
