Store Colleague – Pets at Home
Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues. In this role you will be at the heart of our pet care centres, creating outstanding experiences that foster loyalty to our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and provide personalised, attentive service.
• Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet‑care standards during everyday operations.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store targets and ensure smooth store execution.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
• Work a permanent schedule of 39 hours per week based in the Brixton store.
