Job summary

A luxury beach club in the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos seeks a passionate Sous Chef to support one of four vibrant kitchens. The role includes overseeing daily kitchen operations, mentoring junior chefs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a chef, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene and HACCP standards.

  • Lead by example, producing high-quality dishes.
