You will also assist with additional duties across the store and in the stockroom.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions, including queries on price, features, and benefits.
• Maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Capture customer data to expand The White Company's database and encourage loyalty.
