Job summary

A merchandising company is seeking individuals to enhance product visibility in stores across St Leonards. Your tasks will include restocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and providing feedback via a survey app. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have strong customer service skills, and possess a valid UK driving license with access to a car. Flexible schedule with work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Overview

Weekly hours: 9
Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores.

Requirements

• Able to commit to the hours listed above.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling; you’ll need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car are necessary.

Schedule

• Tuesday: (AM or PM start)
• Thursday: (AM or PM start)
• Saturday in Tesco Hastings: 13:00 - 17:00
• End date: 3 January 2026
