Job summary

A leading beauty brand in Cambridge is seeking Seasonal Cover staff for a part-time position. You will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and achieve sales targets over the festive period. Ideal candidates are passionate about makeup and skincare, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a fixed-term contract for 3 months, offering 16 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

Are you ready to rethink your routine over the festive period? We’re looking for seasonal cover in our Cambridge counter over this sparkling holiday. These roles would be fixed term contracts for 3 months.

  • Conduct all types of services such as pre‑booked appointments and walk‑ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to all.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service and share your knowledge with each customer.
  • Embody Trinny London’s brand and style and take pride in knowing that your customers keep returning.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to continually offer best‑in‑class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improve your product knowledge and elevate your artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly sales targets.
