Overview

We are recruiting for Seasonal Hosts (FTC until November 2025) at The Glenlivet, Strathisla and Aberlour Brand Homes. A Brand Home Host is a storyteller and an ambassador of the distillery. The host creates a memorable and enjoyable guest experience, delivering exceptional customer service through distillery tours, tastings, ticket and bottle sales, and shop guidance. The role supports directing the vision and implementation of the brand and promotes brand advocacy to trade and public visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver distillery tours and tastings to guests.
  • Operate ticket and bottle sales with sample guidance for guests in the shop.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
  • Actively promote the brand and advocate to trade and public visitors.
  • Represent The Glenlivet, Strathisla, and Aberlour Brand Homes in a professional manner.
Requirements / What you bring
  • Are able to work on your own initiative, are self-motivated, and have a flexible approach to work.
  • Can work within a team to promote the interests of the Company brands and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Have good working knowledge of Company brands and strategic markets.
  • Have knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are able to work unsociable hours, including weekends.
