A reputable UK freight forwarder is seeking a Sea Freight Export Coordinator in Bradford. The successful candidate will manage sea export shipments from LCL and FCL origins to destinations, liaising with clients and agents. Requires at least 3 years in sea freight export, excellent communication, and understanding of export processes. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.

From You?

• Prior experience working within a UK freight forwarder
• Strong understanding of end-to-end export processes and documentation
• Experience with Cargowise is desirable (but not essential)
• Quoting experience viewed favourably
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Job Role:

• Manage LCL and FCL sea export shipments from origin to destination
• Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and shipping lines to coordinate transport and documentation
• Organise collections, produce export documentation, and arrange export customs clearance
• Ensure accurate file costing, billing, and operational compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the export process
