Leading B2B organizations all over the world such as ACI Worldwide, Snowflake and Fujitsu are using Oktopost to improve and understand their social presence in order to make better business decisions. We are a global, fast-paced, and innovative start-up with offices in Ramat Gan, London, and Grand Rapids (MI).

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced SDR Manager to lead and grow our Sales Development team at Oktopost. As Oktopost’s next SDR Manager, you will build, coach, and guide a high-performing team focused on targeting and engaging prospects who match our Ideal Customer Profile. Your approach will be driven by data, creative problem-solving, and servant leadership to ensure the team excels in their prospecting efforts.

You’ll drive success through cross-functional initiatives while optimizing the playbook that ensures the Oktopost value proposition stands out from the rest. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team is consistently exceeding quotas and generating high-quality pipeline for the Account Executive team.


Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process.
  • Take ownership of the SDR playbook, incorporating best practices for a personalized, account-based approach to prospecting.
  • Deliver group and 1-1 best practices coaching sessions across multiple sales channels.
  • Create a high-performance environment that enables SDRs to continuously improve.
  • Be responsible for individual and team KPI reporting.
  • Continuously look to improve the BD function, keep a keen eye on improvements across best practices, processes, and productivity.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment in the Outbound strategy.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure relevant tools and content support the SDR team.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure the tech & tools are both set up and optimized to enable the team to succeed.
Requirements
  • Have a problem-solving approach to outbound strategy.
  • 2+ years in Software sales as an individual contributor.
  • 2+ years in Software sales as a manager/leader.
  • Experience building and scaling an outbound team.
  • An interest in marketing and a curiosity to research and learn.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong data-driven approach to work practice and performance improvement.
  • A team player both in and out of the office.
  • Proven track record of success in an SDR Manager role.
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs.
  • Location: Must be willing to work 3 days a week in the London office, and be within a commutable distance.
