Hold QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
Be confident teaching Biology and Chemistry up to KS4
Have strong classroom management and a positive, engaging approach
Be available full-time
Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one

Engaged pupils and strong science department structure
