School Site Technician

Location: Haringey
Contract Type: Temporary with potential to go permanent after 12 weeks
Start Date: January
Work Schedule: 7am-12pm

Are you a hands‑on and reliable Site Technician looking for your next opportunity? Do you take pride in keeping school environments safe, secure and running smoothly? Are you confident handling a variety of maintenance tasks and supporting a vibrant school community?

The Role
  • Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and minor repairs across the school site.
  • Complete routine tasks to ensure the smooth operation of buildings and grounds.
  • Open the school each morning and ensure the premises are secure when not in use.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Regularly check heating, lighting, alarm systems and other key facilities to ensure full functionality.
  • Manage and order supplies, equipment and maintenance requisitions as needed.
  • Work proactively with school staff to support the safe and efficient running of the school.
