Overview

My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a school in the Oldham area. This is a full-time temporary position to start ASAP on a short-term basis covering sickness.

Hours

You will be expected to work the following hours: 7:00am–11:45am and 3:00pm–5:30pm (Monday-Friday). There’s flexibility to make the hours straight through for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide caretaking and maintenance support on a school site.
• Assist with compliance and health & safety tasks (fire alarms, Legionella) as part of daily duties.
• Be organised, reliable, able to use initiative and manage time effectively.
• Ensure the security and safety of the school environment as required.

Qualifications

• School Caretaker experience, with knowledge of compliance and health & safety on a school site (fire alarms, Legionella).
• Current Enhanced DBS (or be eligible to obtain one).
• Available to start ASAP.
