Overview

School Receptionists — 13.00 - 15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
  • Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
  • Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
  • Responding to emails
  • Letters to parents
  • Typing of letters and memos
  • Filing, faxing and photocopying
  • Dealing with parents and pupils
Requirements and expectations
  • It is advantageous that applicants have some school Receptionist experience. However, applicants with strong receptionist experience in a similar sector will also be considered.
  • You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year which run for a variety of durations.
  • There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the schools, although this is not guaranteed.

  • You will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS (processed by us) at a cost of 47.20 unless you already have one registered on the Update Service.
