Permanent / Term Time plus one week

Grade 6, SCP 11-19 £28,142 – £32,061 fte, £13,861 – £15,791 pro‑rata

21 hours per week over 3 days

Responsible to: Head Teacher

Main Location: St Charles RC Primary School

Required to commence ASAP

About the role

The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust, alongside the Governors of St Charles RC Primary School, are seeking to recruit a confident, highly skilled, self‑motivated individual to join the school as a School Operations Manager.

The successful applicant will have the highest personal and professional standards, good knowledge of current educational issues and will be highly driven. You will be able to lead and deliver improvements within the business functions of the school in order to support teaching and learning. You will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to develop, manage and motivate staff in the relevant areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver operational improvements to support teaching and learning
  • Manage and motivate staff in relevant operational areas
  • Maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct
  • Support the Head Teacher and Governors in the delivery of the school’s curriculum
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and welfare standards
