Position: School Mental Health Assistant (SEMH Teaching Assistant)
Location: Bedford
Salary: £460 - £500 per week
Contract: Long-term, Full-time (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

What We're Looking for in a School Mental Health Assistant:
* Educational Background: A degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred. Previous experience with SEN either personal or professional.
* Passion for Mental Health: A genuine interest in mental health, particularly in relation to Autism and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
* Understanding of SEN: A strong interest or understanding of the diverse learning and behavioural needs within an SEN environment.
* Local Candidate: Ideally, you should live within a commutable distance to Bedford.
