Our client are an established and well-regarded school in South Buckinghamshire they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its small, friendly Finance team. The school offers a vibrant and supportive working environment, with a strong reputation for academic, sporting, creative and extracurricular excellence.

This is a key leadership role, overseeing the school’s financial systems and processes, and supporting the Director of Finance and Operations on all financial matters. The Finance Manager will prepare budgets, forecasts and reports for the governing body, and will work closely with both the Director of Finance and Operations and the Finance Officer to ensure the effective financial management of the organisation.

Key responsibilities and qualifications
