School Club Manager – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

Basingstoke, Hampshire (RG24 8AJ / RG25 2QU)

Full-Time / Monday toFriday Role

Up to £26k salary with the opportunity to earn up to £7k a year through various KPI / Targets!

We are pleased to berecruiting on behalf of one ofthe leading providers of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK!

As a School Club Manager in this organisation,you will have control over the teaching of a wide variety of activities to children within your school / area where you will be expected toplan programmes and activities effectively within the company structure, monitor progress, inspire children, and deliver fun and engaging sessionsduring both breakfast and after school clubs. You will be expected towork during the school holidays,leadingactivity and sport camps.

You will also have the responsibility to leada team of assistants at your site daily. You will need to make sure the resources available to you and your teamare used effectively and your team are led well, inspired, and have the tools and supportthey need to deliver outstanding sessions.

Any successful candidate must have a passion for play, physical activity and healthy lifestyles. A 'go-getting' attitude towards work with the willingnessto take personal ownership for the delivery of your venues sessions is also essential. In return, you will get the changeto effectively manage your own little business.

This role might be for you ifyou have a childcare or coaching background or qualification and are now looking for your next step. You may even be recent graduate looking for your first leadership role or possibly have experience in ain a school environment already and looking for more hours or more responsibility.
