Working Cleaning Supervisor- 30hrs per week Ladywood School

Are you a charismatic and driven individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness? Are you an experienced supervisor with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team? If so, then Samsic UK is looking for you to join our team as a Working Cleaning Supervisor!

At Samsic UK we pride ourselves on providing high-quality and reliable cleaning services to a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporations. As a Working Cleaning Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards while also leading and managing a team of dedicated cleaning staff.

30hrs per week Monday to Friday 5am to 8am & 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Operate the waste room.
