Wycliffe College is seeking an organised and efficient Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support to teaching staff within the Senior School. Working as part of a busy school office, the role supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school, including general administration, staff workroom and stationery management, reception cover, first‑line IT support, and contributions to reporting and examination processes. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast‑paced office environment, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a flexible, proactive approach to work. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines. The role also includes administrative support for co‑curricular programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) and the Combined Cadet Force (CCF).

This is a permanent position offered on a part‑time, part‑year basis, working during our published term dates. The role is for 24 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times, worked over 4‑5 days.
