Description

Davies are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our growing Casualty team. The successful candidate must have good time management and have the ability to prioritise their workload effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage online portals/ downloading documentation and attaching to correct files
  • Reviewing Excel enquiry spread sheets cross-checking against our internal data to confirm any potential matches and carrying out further investigations on these
  • Review and updating monthly bordereau’s and ensuring data analysis is correct before issuing to the client
  • Answer telephone calls as required and deal with general enquiries
  • Other tasks to support the business plan as and when necessary to ensure company business objectives are met
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience with leasehold agreements
  • Experience with land registry searches.
  • A good standard of written English
  • Previous experience of working in an administration role
  • Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel.
