A community-focused housing organization is seeking a part-time Scheme Manager in Worcester. The role involves supporting residents' well-being, coordinating housing services, and ensuring high-quality management of local services. Ideal candidates should possess numeracy and literacy skills at the GCSE level, have some experience working with older individuals, and a valid driving license. We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Sanctuary Housing Services Ltd (SHSL) division. The purpose of this role is to encourage residents to maintain their well-being and independence and to support the delivery of high quality, safe and value for money housing management services that meet customer and organisational objectives. You will be required to travel to other schemes in the Midlands if and when required.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week), rising to £26,159 per annum after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
