A leading engineering consultancy in Immingham is seeking a Scheduler to support their Operations and Maintenance team at the PRAX Lindsey Oil Refinery. This full-time, temporary position offers a compressed fortnight work schedule. Ideal candidates will have scheduling experience, preferably in refinery settings, an engineering background, and strong organizational skills. Wood is seeking an experienced Scheduler support our client’s Operations and Maintenance team based at PRAX Lindsey Oil Refinery on a full time, temporary basis until the end of February 2026. This role will be based full time on site working a compressed fortnight - 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-15 : 30 Friday week one & 8-5 Mon-Thurs week 2.
We can offer this on a LTD Company or Fixed Term Staff contract.
Looking for someone with attention to detail. Produce draft schedules for the Client to review for the following week. Lead schedule review meetings and make changes via feedback to produce the schedule. Lead daily update meetings and update the schedule. Handle weekly schedule changes at clients request and work with planners and supervisors to ensure they are aware of work. Arrange crane requirements liaising with the AP as per the schedule. Run KPI reports and feed to the Client.
