Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham (WPS)
Employment: Full-time · Permanent

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our WPS team in Hammersmith. You’ll play a key role in planning and coordinating works for a multi-skilled team of engineers and supply chain partners—ensuring smooth operations, maximum productivity, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage operative diaries to optimise workforce efficiency
  • Maintain low work-in-progress levels and meet productivity targets
  • Support the production of performance reports and data analysis
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and site teams
  • Ensure all planning aligns with health and safety standards

  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
