Are you a time‑served Scaffolder looking to step off the tools but stay in the trade? This is your chance to inspire the next generation and share your experience where it matters most, the classroom.

This leading training provider is looking for passionate, skilled scaffolders to join as Instructors. You'll deliver industry‑standard training to new entrants, helping them develop the skills, mindset, and safety awareness needed to thrive onsite.

No teaching experience? No problem. If you bring the scaffolding expertise, we'll provide the training and qualifications to get you classroom ready.

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' site experience with a valid CISRS card, a level 2 in Scaffolding or held CISRS Advanced for at least 5 years.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced scaffolder to put something back into the trade and help develop the next generation.

The Role
