Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm is seeking an experienced SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to safeguard and enhance the Service-Now environment. This role involves managing BAU processes, supervising a diverse team, and preparing for a major upgrade. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Service-Now, upgrade planning, and team leadership. This position is 100% remote, offering both contract and permanent options, with a rate of £800 per day inside of IR35.

• Strong expertise in Service-Now including CSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Experience with upgrade planning and execution.
• Proven skills in team leadership and environment configuration.

Responsibilities

• Act as system owner, safeguarding the Service-Now environment.
• Handle BAU processes and develop new features/enhancements.
• Supervise and guide a team of Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, and Consultants.
• Prepare for and lead a major upgrade in the new year.
