Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service tickets promptly, updating after each visit.
  • Contact users to diagnose and resolve mobile device issues.
  • Follow departmental procedures for ticket management.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and contacts.
  • Attend daily calls and meetings, reporting issues and suggesting improvements.
