What is it like being a private dentist with the group?

At Rodericks Dental Partners there are opportunities to develop clinical skills in a safe, patient-focused environment. Clinicians have autonomy and clinical freedom, with systems that handle many administrative matters so you can concentrate on delivering high-quality dentistry. Training opportunities are plentiful and discounted, including implant and restorative CPD courses. A wide range of good-quality equipment and materials is available, and you can request additional materials as needed. Support staff include hygienists, therapists, treatment coordinators and nurses with qualifications such as radiography, impression taking and implant training.

Our culture and progression

Improving lives through quality dentistry – together. We reward you financially and personally as you develop your career, with incentives, recognition and opportunities. You’ll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community with support from an experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists and Implantologists. Regular practice management support helps you stay on track with revenue targets and operational tasks. This is an opportunity to join an experienced and growing business that values delivering the best in community dentistry.

Career development and opportunities

We emphasise a ‘progress from within’ culture with extensive CPD opportunities to support skill development. The group has the investment, strategy and national footprint to support growth, and we seek the next generation of quality dentists to contribute to our ambitions.

Our people and practice ethos

We have experienced leaders who are passionate about dentistry. We believe the reputation of the practice is linked to the people who work here. We aim to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow and win together. There are opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles as part of a progressive culture.

Clinically led care and community focus

Following the 2022 merger, we are positioned to grow our footprint across the UK. Clinicians have the freedom to choose the right solution for each patient, with a strong commitment to improving local access to care and promoting oral health through community outreach.

Rewards and work-life balance

We offer a rewarding pay structure and the ‘Win-together’ rewards that recognise individual and team performance. We also support life outside of work, including flexibility for childcare and other commitments.
