You'lllead the SAP service delivery team to customers, ensuring contracted service commitments and continual service improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers in a unified service partnership for customers.
Work alongside diverse, skilled professionals (onshore / offshore) and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
SAP Service Delivery Management Experience : In-depth knowledge of SAP landscapes, integration, migration, and cloud solutions. Experience managing large-scale SAP projects, including resource allocation and risk management.
