SAP Integration Lead - S/4 HANA Greenfield Transformation

Location: UK / Remote

Contract: 12 Months (Initial) - SC Clearance needed

Conexus are proud to be partnering with a leading consultancy supporting a client on a large-scale digital transformation journey. This is a Greenfield S/4 HANA implementation, and we're looking for an experienced SAP Integration Lead to help shape and drive the integration workstream forward.

This is a key role where strong delivery focus, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent interpersonal skills are just as important as technical SAP expertise. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth, scalable, and future-ready integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and relevant middleware tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate integration requirements.
• Lead integration workstream activities, driving timelines and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on architecture and delivery.
• Proactively troubleshoot, test, and resolve integration issues to ensure a stable and scalable landscape.
• Document integration frameworks and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Your Background

• 5+ years' experience as an SAP Integration Lead, ideally across multiple end-to-end SAP projects.
• Proven expertise with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and integrating SAP with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of S/4 HANA transformation landscapes (Greenfield experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to work with both business and technical teams.
• Strong delivery mindset with the ability to coordinate tasks, manage vendors, and meet deadlines.
• A background in regulated or complex industries is beneficial, but not essential.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is desirable.
