• Manage tickets efficiently while handling a wide range of issues
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality customer service

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ SAP B1 Support experience within a partner environment is essential
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One core functionality end‑to‑end
• Knowledge of WMS, Produmex Scan, and Integration Framework is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple customers, customisations, and varied setups

Salary:

£35,000–£45,000 + benefits
