About The Role

As the receptionist within the EKC Canterbury College Hair and Beauty department your duties will include

  • Making appointments
  • Cashing up (cashless)
  • Dealing with clients as required
  • Assessing reception and product displays
  • General Housekeeping

  • Apply a basic understanding of hair and beauty services to help clients with inquiries, and confidently navigate salon or spa software.
  • Thrive in a busy, student‑focused environment, showing patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
