  • Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for API integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside QA teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and support the wider engineering team.

Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide solution design, hands‑on development, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds. You’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and integration partners to ensure high‑quality, scalable technical solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, shaping technical direction, and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside QA teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and support the wider engineering team with problem‑solving.
Key Skills
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience across Salesforce (declarative + programmatic).
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Advantageous: Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) – OmniScripts, EPC, Integration Procedures.
  • Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
  • Background working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
