A global consulting firm is looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to join their team in Manchester or London. You will own the functional solution for Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives, lead multidisciplinary teams through project phases, and translate complex business requirements into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience and can liaise effectively between business and technical stakeholders.
