Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first-line support for CRM users.
• Deliver training for user consistency and new functionality rollouts.
• Perform CRM administration (user setup, access rights, reporting).
• Assist CRM Manager with user guides and training materials.
• Support CRM change initiatives, including requirements gathering and release communications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV).
• Maintain CRM policies and procedures.
• Support Salesforce Champion Communities, audits, and access reviews.
