A leading digital solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator. The role involves configuring Salesforce, defining requirements with stakeholders, and training staff on new workflows. Candidates should have significant experience in Salesforce administration, relevant certifications, and strong stakeholder management skills. This position supports hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office.
Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in office
An experienced Salesforce Administrator is required to assist an inhouse team in moving more and more processes and workflows into a centralised location underpinned by Salesforce technology.
As the Salesforce Administrator youll be responsible for:
Work with key stakeholders and SMEs to define requirements
Work with existing Salesforce team to configure and deliver workflows
Train internal staff in the use of Salesforce and the new workflows
Additional Salesforce administration to assist the business to meet further automation goals
Primarily, you will be configuring Salesforce working with Stakeholders and SMEs across the business. There will also be future requirements to configure other enterprise level third party systems such as telephony and workflow products.
