Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the temporary industrial recruitment sector.
  • Make outbound sales calls and conduct business development activities to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and secure new contracts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (with guidance) and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events to expand market presence.
