Sales Team Leader

Department: Sales Centre
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Paddock Wood depot
Grade: Grade 6
Reporting to: Sales Centre Manager

Job Details

  • Coaching and developing the sales team
  • Monitoring and mentoring the team & assisting management in maximising sales opportunities
  • Providing support to the sales team and wider department
  • Acting as a point of contact for escalated complaints
