We're looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executive to join our team on a 12‑month FTC; this role can be based at either our Manchester or Birmingham offices.

What you'll be doing

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre‑ and post‑sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include :

  • Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre‑and post‑sales process ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  • Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  • Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  • Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  • Coordinate customer artwork design print and digital orders.
  • Ensure timely and high‑quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels including managing complaints.
  • Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  • To ensure all activities are reflective of the knowledge accuracy & efficiency team pillars.
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
