Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and approachable service
  • Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Liaise with suppliers and book couriers to ensure seamless delivery processes
  • Oversee the packaging and completion of orders
  • Provide administrative support to the wider sales and operations teams
