Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Coordinator to help drive performance.

Delivering products across a portfolio of B2B and B2C channels, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and really be part of its continuous growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the relationships across top‑tier customer accounts, across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Work alongside the Head of Sales to build new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimise product distribution, and increase profitability.
  • Take part in customer visits alongside the wider Sales team.
  • Monitor sales and stocks to plan supply effectively.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience within a sales role in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
