Job description

Our client is a high-performing and leading fixed income asset management firm that manages a broad range of institutional and retail clients globally, managing over $300 billion in assets under management. They are looking to recruit a Sales Support Associate to join their consultant relations team where you will be supporting the growth and development across the EMEA region.

Reporting directly to their Head of Consultant Relations, EMEA, your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Building and retaining relationships with key investment consultants across the EMEA region, prospecting research and rating agencies.
  • Involved with the day-to-day activities which include assisting with the due diligence process, marketing, responding to any client queries, and onboarding of new investors.
  • Maintain the firms internal CRM system and Dashboards.
  • Generate updated market research providing detailed reports on strategy and consultant positioning.
  • Experience with institutional and consultant relations clients across the EMEA region

The Sales Support Associate will meet the following skillsets;

  • Relevant industry experience with around 3-5 years’ experience, with relevant experience building relationships with consultants and institutional clients.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office suite and experience managing a CRM system
  • Strong analytical and technical skillsets, an ability to take complex strategies and concepts and explain them to a wider client reach.
