Sales Specialist - Fall Protection

Area

Area - Northeast of England, Cumbria and Scotland

Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan
  • Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan
  • Work with end customers to advise and promote company\'s Fall Protection Solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
  • Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both externally and internally and be able to build excellent customer relationships
  • A self-starter/self-motivated with a drive to succeed with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills - written and verbal
  • Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions
  • Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective
  • Have a passion for sales and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of the related EN standards would be preferable
  • Ability to develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors
  • Ability to ensure accurate communication of product updates and development
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data
  • Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
